What to do if your delivery is delayed

We really do try our best to avoid any delays but very occasionally, we might encounter something unforeseen. We'll let you know with as much warning as possible, if we become aware of a delay and if we have to reschedule delivery (rarely!) we'll make sure the new date/time is convenient for you.

If a delay occurs in transit - let us know. We'll take a look into what happened and provide a solution as soon as we can.
